Happy birthday to me...

So, let's start from 12:01am. piratezim said happy birthday to me before anyone else, thereby reminding me that it was my birthday. And making me feel special cuz someone remembered. :-D Then I was excited cuz it was my birthday, so after pestering Lando until he agreed to edit my essay, I informed him it was my birthday and got more birthday wishes. After going to bed at 3am (applications all done, essay down to 499 words), I got up somewhere around 9 (that snooze button just becomes more and more addicting) and went to skool to talk to Post and shit. I know that everyone greatly dislikes Mrs. Post. And I must say, I don't particularly trust her with my apps or anything. But I like her as a person because this morning, when I was dropping off my stuff, she was like, "Dooood, come in and close the doooooor." And so I did and she was like, "Did you know that Jon's here?" Me: ::nod:: Her: "Okay, I just wanted to tell you in case you didn't want to see him. How're things going with that?" And I was like (in my head), "Wow, I like you cuz you remember random shit we talked about a couple months ago." And that is all of that story. Then Jon and Rosemary wished me a happppp-py birthday. And then I went home. And checked up on TC and everyone there was saying happy birthday and being nice and giving me presents. I am now the proud owner of, among other things, a hippopotamoose and Freddy McBomb. :-D Kerry came home and annoyed the shit out of my by ringing the doorbell 600 times while I was trying to get out of my room to answer it. And she gave me her present (Into the Woods soundtrack) and Alicia's present (Chocolat and Benny&Joon). Mum came home... Da came home... they gave me moolah and the Extended Edition boxed set of the LotR trilogy. We had cake and soda and a bit of conversation. Sometimes I wish that I could record everything my sister says. She comes up with the most wacked out things. Like, I could try to write them down here, but they wouldn't be half as funny because I forget her exact wording and can't really convey the tone of voice. But it was stuff like... (Kerry is in general trying to draw attention to herself cuz she likes to be the center of attention at all times) Da: You know, I remember a time when Kerry couldn't sit through someone else's birthday cuz she couldn't conceive of other people getting attention. Kerry: Screw you Willy! I'm done with this party! ::walks off:: (talking about her lapsing ability to read) And who knew that con-shunse was spelled like con-science. Why doesn't anybody ever let me in on these secrets?? Yeah, see? Lame cuz I can't remember the stuff. Oh well. I tried.
