::dies of music::

Here's how it all started.

I went to Sidewalk Art Guy's website. The first... piece of art was entitled "Dies Irae". I vaguely recognized it, so I asked Lando what it meant.

Lando proceded to start "singing" a song in Latin that I recognized the words to and knew the tune to.

I went to my Big Bucket O' Music and found all my chorus stuff and found Dies Irae.

I still vaguely remembered the tune, but not the starting note. In searching for a program to install on my computer that would play me some notes, I found Finale Notepad (which I have on the other computer) and installed it.

And proceeded to spend the next hour or so copying the SA(T/B) parts from the sheet music to Finale.

I forgot how much I love A) singing, B) singing in Latin, C) chorus, and D) Latin songs.

I also found Kyrie Eleison.

So, I'm going to go add the piano part now, then go to bed. Tomorrow I will do Kyrie.

And then I'm gonna find me some A(T/B) and wrangle me a mini-chorus to sing pretty songs.
