So. Bor-do-nee called me back to talk to me after class today, something I was trying desperately to avoid. Alas, she noticed me escaping the room.

She was like, "You haven't been coming to class lately. Is everything okay? Are you okay? Are you having a bad term?"

Of course I responded, "I'm just having a really bad term. There's stuff happening and, yeah..."

And so she was like, "Well, if you need to talk to someone, email me. Or if you're not understanding stuff we can set up a one-on-one session." and stuff like that.

So, I told her that I understood everything, I just hadn't memorized it for the quizzes, etc etc. And we talked a bit about the practice problems and how doing those would be mad-awesome cuz those are more like what's on the quizzes and stuff.

And after I left I was like, "Awwww, you're such a sweet lady! I love you and I feel bad for missing your classes now!"
