I thought teh Great Gatsby symbolized the american dream blah blah. maybe that was american decay. I'm sorry to be dumb.

A kajillion plays and books and stuff symbolize the American dream. ;-) Cuz no one can ever agree on just one.

Death of a Salesman really symbolized the American dream gone awry. Or something like that... I haven't seen it in forever.

And don't feed your poor hampster to your cat!!! :-P
