Too Much Time

OKay, I have upwards of 12 LJ entries (read: 3) because I always end up writing out one in every boring class I'm in... So here's one of them. ;-) Oh, and did I mention that I read a book today? Yes, yes, I can hear y'all clapping, "Very nice Nire! You read! It's not like you don't do that all the time." But no! I read an ENTIRE book. It took me an hour and a half. THE PIRATES! In an adventure with SCIENTISTS: a novel was not worth $15.95. But I do recommend that people go out and borrow it. It has pirates and Darwin and a talking (sorta) monkey. It's very amusing, if a quick read. ANYway. ::tosses book into bookshelfpilespace:: So, every morning I sit in the little couchy area in Fuller's basement, reading during the hour between Finding a Parking Space and Systems Programming Concepts. There's this dude that comes in every morning and, I guess, has his office off to the side of that area. And he says hi every morning and sometimes stops for a couple minutes to talk. And when I get there later than usual, he comes out to talk and stuff. And, I dunno, it makes me feel cool that there's someone who doesn't know me, but notices when I'm not there in the morning. You know? Kind of a weird guy, though... Anyway, I have to do my CS homework for once so I don't fail out of MassAcademy and die cuz my cardboard box by the side of the road gets picked up by garbage trucks while I'm sleeping in it and I get thrown into a garbage compactor. That wouldn't be cool.
