Those Darn Kittens!

I woke up to a crash and the rising sun this morning. After I fumbled my way out of bed, I bent down and grabbed my curtain rod. Those damned kittens had pulled down the curtain again. For a few minutes, I fought to get it back in the window. They'd rolled it around, so it had unscrewed and was a bit too long to actually fit. Since I couldn't figure out which way to turn it - it was early after all - I pushed it as straight as I could get it and went back to bed. Later on, I woke up to bright light pouring in my window. Yeah. Apparently, I was too asleep when I woke up the first time and didn't notice that they'd pulled the curtains off the rod.
