I don't really see the resemblance between Mulder/Scully/Krycek and Peter/Elizabeth/Neal. Or even Parker/Hardison/Eliot, for that matter.

Parker is Mulder, because whoa. Hardison is Scully because smarts, Eliot is Krycek because he gets sent in to hit people.

Peter is Mulder because slightly obsessed FBI guy. Elizabeth is Scully because she puts up with him but not his shit. Neal is Krycek because criminal not-so-mastermind.
