Gaming Weekend

I spent the weekend down in Worcester. That was a fun experience: subway alone for the first time [and second time ever, I think], commuter rail for the first time ever, bus for the first time ever.

Let's see. Got to see [livejournal.com profile] pezzonovante, [livejournal.com profile] techiemikey, [livejournal.com profile] taranhero, and Marek. Crashed at Tom's house both nights, bummed rides off him, etc etc.

Friday = get there, WPI for a bit, Marek's for a while in which I met one of the Ra's boyfriend? I think? And in which I could actually partake in drink because I didn't have to drive home.

Saturday = Parents called and were Not Pleased that I had gone to Worcester. Lotsa time at WPI playing Shadows Over Camelot and Apples to Apples. The latter for two. Hours. Gaming weekend was much much smaller than it was last March. Saw and talked to Alex. Ate beef on a stick. I'm not even kidding, that was what was on the menu.

Sunday = Saw the end of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and the beginning of Dogma. Back to WPI for a very very quiet time. Back to the station and back to Boston and now chilling in the common room not doing HW.

Shadows Over Camelot is the most awesome game ever. WPI people are the most amusing people ever. I need to go find out if the ACM people here are similar.

How You Are In Love

You take a while to fall in love with someone. Trust takes time.

You tend to give more than take in relationships.

You tend to get very attached when you're with someone. You want to see your love all the time.

You love your partner unconditionally and don't try to make them change.

You stay in love for a long time, even if you aren't loved back. When you fall, you fall hard.
