I laughed, I sobbed like a baby cried, it was a good movie. Bad Parts: -Uh, what the hell? Book gets killed off without telling anyone any stories about his past? Fucker's dead and STILL a mystery. -Wash was my favorite character, so of course he was doomed. I'm good at picking the characters who are going to die to love. It would've been nice to be proven wrong, but oh well. Good Parts: Reavers! Were made by the Alliance! And the Alliance killed an entire world of people! By trying to make them not fight! OH MAN REAVERS OH MAN. I can't get over that part. It pwns any other possible good parts. If I wasn't poor as a poor thing that has no money, I'd go see this multiple times. As it is, I suppose I'll have to settle for downloading it now and buying it later. Now Tom's making bagels. Yeah, that's right, homemade bagels. Homemade bagels. My life is complete.

Of course book dies without telling us anything. That's how it remains a mystery, all mysteeeeeerious-like.

Wash was my favorite too. He was gonna get it from the get go. I wear Sad Face in his memory.

Incidentally, am I the only person who notices that black men kick ass in this show? Shepherd Book, clearly a man who used to be a major operative and knows how to kick ass. Jubel Early, from the series finale, singlehandedly delivers some asswhupping of his own. And in the movie, The Operative pretty much beats his way through every living thing to get to the end. I don't know if it's intended, but they're all black men, and they all KICK ASS.

Not that I have anything against it; I'm not racially profiling here. It was just a curiosity.
