So, this morning, I said to myself, "Self? You been awful sickly lately. On a happiness level from 1 to 10, your stomach is at about a 0."

To which I replied, "No shit, Sherlock. There's no other reason for me to be up at 9AM on a Tuesday."

"And you've been eating tons of stuff you're allergic to lately. Perhaps it's time to cut out the dairy and gluten and cut down on the sugar for the next week."

"A most excellent idea, self! I'll get on that right away!"

Except. That cuts out just about everything I eat. No pasta, no hotdogs, no burgers, no pizza, no soup, no bagels, etc. Well now, doesn't that just suck? Maybe I can eat hot dogs and burgers without buns for the next week.

Or just say fuckit and stop with the gratuitous dairy products.

I think dairy and gluten allergies are just unfair. What on earth are you actually supposed to eat? Grass?

Good luck in being strong. :D

It's horrible! I mean, the milk I can get rid of by using soy milk instead (I think. I actually don't remember if I'm allergic to that or not, since I hate the taste so haven't had it since I was 7 or 8). But that screws up the taste of what you're making, and it's more expensive and I'm a poor college student.

Couple that with loving what you're most allergic to... This orgy of broccoli and cheddar soup and pasta with a metric fuckton of cheese on it and mozzarella sticks has to end. =(

But thanks for the luck wishes!
