Kind of depends. If I'm the only person from a non-Missouri portion of the world who says it Mih-zer-rah, I'm going to chalk it up to my fucked-up accent.
If I'm not, then I'm going to try and do something to determine if it's caused by Teh Intarwebs. Yanno, sort of like how half the world uses Britishisms now 'cause of picking up on the speech habits of all the super-friendly-awesome Brits online.
Just not sure what I'd need to do, yet. Probably contact people and compile data as to whether or not they have relatives from the area, if they've always pronounced it that way, yadda yadda yadda.
