snacky would be good at this.
Right, so. Y'all know I'm crazy, yeah? On meds and all, yadda yadda yadda.
Well, my meds are pretty much not working anymore, so I did the smart thing and added some fish oil and a nice ol' B-complex pill a few times a day. And I'm stable-er! Yay!
So, the first part of this post is advice: If you're all mood swing-y and stuff, nab some fish oil gels and some B-complex tablets. Pop pop pop!
The second part is a request for assistance: If I don't take the two with food, my stomach requests a secession from my body. Alas, I am not down with eating three meals a day, as I am only hungry enough to eat about one and a half of them.
Y'all got any fun snacky things to suggest? I don't mean boring things like peanut butter on celery sticks. Or cookies. I mean FUN things!
Ready, set, GO!!
