the_wanlorn | And the Lies were...

Right, so. Remember that 15 Things meme I did a while ago? Well, whilst cleaning out my journal, it occured to me that I never revealed the lies.

But that's okay, 'cause I'm going to do it now. *ahem*

1) I've never broken a bone.
Complete lie. I broke my ankle whilst snowboarding in 7th grade. It was utter crap; my parents didn't believe me that it was broken and made me sit on a chair for three days, with my leg propped up. When they tried to make me walk on it, I flipped my shit and they finally took me to the hospital.

4) I refuse to give away anything that I cross-stitch.
Pretty much the only time I do any cross-stitching now is when I'm giving it away for a gift. I think that all of my close friends have gotten at least one cross-stitch wall hanging for their birthday.

8) I've never been able to keep a plant alive for longer than 2 months.
I am saved from that purely because I owned a cactus, and those things are damned hard to kill.

10) I've never had an imaginary friend
Man, I still have imaginary friends! :-P When I was little, I had three: Meetoe, Baby Alligator, and one more that I can't remember the name of, or what it was, but I know it existed. Meetoe was this little green man-shaped thing, and Baby Alligator was a baby alligator. OH HOW IMAGINATIVE.

14) I refuse to let anyone I know IRL read stories I write.
Not many people know, but a few do. Especially since a bunch of them read this LJ and I post stories in it occaisonally.
