Gone for the Weekend

Finally! A privacy mass-editing tool from LJ! Good job, guys, you finally made something that's really useful.

So, this weekend, I'm going to go visit hearts_blood and her boyfriend. I've known April for what seems like forever, but never actually met her in person.

I've finally reached the point where I would rather die than make this trip. What if they don't like me? What if I make an ass of myself? What if they're ax-murderers? What if I'm an ax-murderer and just don't know it yet and accidentally ax-murder them?

These are the sorts of things that keep me up at night. Mostly the first two.

So, I'm skivving off work at noon today and heading out, taking the AWESOMELY SCENIC route. It's gorgeous. And I love it. And I'm going on a ROAD TRIP. I very nerve wracking road trip, the way there at least, BUT A ROAD TRIP.

So, if I don't come back, it's because I've been ax-murdered. If I come back from a prison cell, it's because I've ax-murdered them.
