So, I pretty much haven't checked my flist for a month because I suck big hairy balls. But I want to rectify that, really! I do! So I am going to start checking it again!

If you posted something you want me to see, just let me know and I'll be sure to backread your LJ.

In other news, I want to New York state this weekend, had planned a simple Saturday-Sunday overnight.

It's heartsblood's birthday on Monday, so a pair of her other friends were here. We ended up dragging one to the ER at midnight, and staying there until well past 9AM. At which point I'd been up for basically 24 hours straight and was not not not driving home. Thankfully, she's pretty much fine and we really could've been out of there in under 3 hours if, yanno, it hadn't been an ER. ;-)

When I woke up (at 5pm), there was ankle-deep slush outside and I was still (and am still now) rather out of it, so there was no driving home then. Insert a call to my boss letting him know I wouldn't be in tomorrow, and here I am! Still sitting on the floor and waiting for my turn to play Duck Hunt! And maybe falling asleep. =\

And yeah, I was supposed to visit my parents today, but they told me to stay home due to the crazy-weather that was incoming. Out here it's been mostly rain, but I guess it's worse farther west!
