Happy New Year's Eve!

I shan't be going to my aunt's New Year's Eve party tonight. It's an hour away, and the snow is going to be that utterly terrible icy slush that will either ice my car to the driveway or fishtail me into a gutter whilst driving.

Instead I am eating spritz and trying to convince the cat that my arm is not a plaything.

(He insists, rather vehemently, that it is, in fact, a large beast that is going to devour the rest of my body and then go for him. So, of course, it is his duty to attack it viciously with both fang and claw, and to take no prisoners. He will be in the other room, and come dashing in and LEAP onto my bed and onto my arm and start biting. I fear he's touched in the head.)

I was going to post something about writing and scary stories, and how anonymous forums are my best audience, but the rat is trying to get into my bad of spritz and I must rescue them.

Chibi is not with me :( Apparently there is a party or something. I was supposed to be celebrating with my family but they all went to bed already, my sisters just got up I think, actually.

I AM TOTALLY HAVING A PARTY WITH ALL MY ANIMALS. WE ARE EATING COOKIES AND MEMEING AND BEECHER IS MAKING BALL-IN-AIZE (WTF? SOME SORT OF MEAT SAUCE? IDK SHE MAKES WEIRD SHIT) AND WHEN IT'S MIDNIGHT I'M GOING TO DRINK SOME WINE AND GO TO BED!
