In Which Our Heroine Makes a List
Things There Are Nothing Better Than:
The sun.
Sitting on moss in the sun.
Taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Reading a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Climbing a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Hiking in the woods to climb a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Going barefoot while hiking in the woods to climb a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Walking through ankle-deep moss when going barefoot while hiking in the woods to climb a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Going through mid-calf-deep dead leaves before walking through ankle-deep moss when going barefoot while hiking in the woods to climb a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Swishing through lush green grass then going through mid-calf-deep dead leaves before walking through ankle-deep moss when going barefoot while hiking in the woods to climb a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Warming your feet on blacktop before swishing through lush green grass then going through mid-calf-deep dead leaves before walking through ankle-deep moss when going barefoot while hiking in the woods to climb a hill to read a book while taking lunch sitting on moss in the sun.
Things There Are Many Things Better Than:
Not actually having a lunch to eat.

This is perhaps a strange thing to worry about.
Especially as it was quite literally freezing last night.

But wait! There can be MORE flowers!! You know, like how if you just leave some vegetables alone they make MORE AND MORE VEGETABLES AND THEN YOU DIE UNDER THE STRESS OF TRYING TO CAN ALL THOSE VEGETABLE FOR WINTER.
Like that!!

Actually it's the only vegetable I have.
Mostly because I can kill anything. Except, apparently, rhubarb.

Out in cowtown we have a couple of rhubarb plants in the middle of the woods that we never water, we just occasionally go nab a stalk or two from. And they've been there all hale and hearty longer than I've been alive.
WTF RHUBARB >:(
