So, this entry is called "Social Tips for Aspies". But, really. A lot of them are social tips for everyone.

I say this because I am bad at a bunch of those things.

I keep combing petfinder and craigslist, not because I think it would actually be a good idea to get another dog immediately, but because it feels like there's a hole in my life that needs to be filled. :(

When my first cat died, my grandmother had made me a pillow that looked like her, and I put it on a chair she used to sleep in so when I came home, I could pretend she was sleeping and didn't want to get up rather than that she wasn't there and wouldn't be.

I did that for about a month, and I honestly think it helped. Get a big plush Husky.
