• My Earth History professor keeps talking about gamma rays and cosmic rays and I keep trying to come up with a funny enough question about the Hulk to ask, because I'm pretty sure he'd get it. Sadly, I'm neither funny nor on the ball enough to just blurt something out.


• Going to the Disability Resource Center makes me feel ashamed.


• YOU GUYS I HAVE A FLUORESCENT ORANGE PEN THAT IS BOTH ORANGE AND FLUORESCENT. IT IS THE MOST AMAZING THING EVER AND I TAKE ALL MY NOTES IN IT AND BURN MY EYEBALLS OUT TRYING TO READ IT :D :D :D


• One of the reasons why I could never be a children's librarian is that my answer to "What book should my kid read", no matter how old they are, as The Dark is Rising or The Prydain Chronicles.
  
  Come to think of it, that's pretty much my answer when anyone asks what they should read. I'm sorry you all can't recognize good literature when you read it. :(


• Christ I forgot how much I love Bones. I want to marry the writers. They ran away to join the circus and pretended they were married you guys. I don't think this show could get any better, and yet each week it does! IT'S LIKE FANFIC ON TV. HILARIOUS WONDERFUL GOOD FANFIC ON TV. GOD I LOVE IT AND ANYONE WHO DOESN'T CAN JUST SUCK MY COCK.

The guy looked at my paper to see what me name was and was like ":) Have a good day Erin!" and I felt like when you're 5 and someone feels bad for you so they're extra nice to you and you just want to hit them and tell them to knock it off except you can't because you're 5. :(

As someone who has worked in the mental health industry, I must say that it's sometimes very difficult to feel out where the line between "polite, friendly and accessible" and "patronizing" is, and unfortunately a lot of people have no idea that there is a line. Try not to let it affect how you feel about yourself, because you're awesome! :D?

I hate going to the Disability Resource Center because I always feel like I'm taking advantage of something I haven't earned. And then I go to my therapist and she's like "Amy, is there any chance you could do all of your work on time and not have a nervous breakdown?" and I'm like "THAT'S NOT THE POINT >:(" and she's like "It kind of is."

So, um. I empathize but I vote it's awesome to go anyway! Because sometimes you end up with a paper that essentially says "She can't be expected to attend class or hand in assignments, but pass her anyway! :D? :D?"
