In ten days it will have been a month since I flounced from nanomeme, and holy crap you guys. I did not realize how shitty nanomeme was making me feel until I went back to reread some diary entries from then. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm less cranky. Which is not saying much, I admit, since I'm still one cranky sumbitch, but still.

I think I've hit the point with Gadget Girl where I need to go back through and outline the fuck out of it. I've also got a bunch of edits sitting on my hard drive that I need to look at, but I wanted to actually finish writing the book first.

And then I got stuck.

So I guess I'm going to spend today outlining the fuck out of it and identifying all of my subplots and maybe harassing soleta to help me if she's not busy. And wants to. But mostly if she's not busy.

I put it in googledocs last night and oh my god you guys it's two docs' worth of stuff. I'm not even shitting you. I don't even know how I managed to write something that long, but I did. Go me!

And now, back to making spaghetti.

It was a very quiet flouncing. Someone called it gadgetgirl_meme and I was like "Well it's not my fault no one else posts" and they were like ":(" and I was like "No, now I feel bad for commenting. Bye bbs"

And left. And I haven't gone back since and Becky, I feel so much better about myself and my writing and life in general. And I'm no longer angry all day that no one else is posting there, because I don't give a crap!
