Today, while I was driving away from buying a shop light and a shelving unit*, I realized that my nails had gotten really fucking long.

I think I have a wrong definition of what super long is, but normally my nails look like this:



...I feel I have issues, maybe.

*I woke up this morning to find the seedlings I had put on the ledge under my windows and braced there with my aloe plant all over the floor. The four broccoli pots and one sunberry pot survived, the rest I have to start over.

Fucking cats.

That is super long for my nails too. Though my nails need to be little longer than your preferred length, on account of I have a phone with little tiny buttons that work best when pushed with a nail.

I was imagining nails that curled and twisted like those frightful things that crazy people grow. Seeing that was a relief. Mine get longer than that every two weeks if I don't stop them (I stop them with a pair of nail scissors every week or so, I cannot let them grow or they get hangnails, my cuticles rip and catch on everything and omg, I cannot stand nails, though they look so pretty when I have the time and patience to fuss over them).

My nails are about that size too. The sad thing is, my toe nails are longer. *runs*

Oh god, my toenails get a good half inch long before I finally go WHOOPS I SHOULD CUT THESE.

It's even worse because I don't wear shoes ever during the summer.
