you are most certainly NOT a horrible driver if you got rear-ended...err hit in the parking lot.

its not fair to yourself to think that and i really think it could have been handled better by your parents. If I was a parent I'd try to help you feel better and understand that you'd been through a rough time and just needed some compassion and sympathy. I think I've said all that before but just reiterating...

just dont let it get you down. your car will be back on the road soon enough, your parents will forget about it or at least stop trying to make you feel badly. and most importantly: IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!

:-) Thanks Tom. I woke up last night at 3am and was like, "Wait, what the fuck have I been thinking? There's no fucking way it was my fault!!"

See, it's now my goal to stop making everything my fault in my head. :-)
