Slightly More Coherent Spoilers

Okay so over the past four-ish months, shadowkitty and I have been talking about what we wanted from the Lost finale and how we wanted the show to end. Underneath this cut, you will find a list of everything (I THINK, I MIGHT HAVE TO ADD MORE STUFF AS WE REMEMBER) that we wanted.

(NOTE: WE DID NOT THINK ANY OF IT EXCEPT FOR THE ONE I WILL MARK WITH A STAR WOULD ACTUALLY HAPPEN)

If what we wanted actually happened, I've bolded it.

1. Jack to die.
2. Ben to live.
3. Hurley to replace Jacob.
4. Miles to replace Esau Samuel.
5. Ben to end up staying on the Island with Jacob!Hurley.
*6. Desmond and Penny to be together and happy in both universes.
7) Bernard, Rose and Vincent to survive. (THERE IS SOME CONTENTION ABOUT THIS ONE >:( but I will let it stand as bolded.)
8) Ben to save someone without thinking about what it would gain him.

Is it any wonder I am so incredibly full of joy? LOST YOU GAVE ME NEARLY EVERYTHING I WANTED FOR THE ENDING. OH MY GOD YOU ARE SO FUCKING WONDERFUL AND I LOVE YOU.


Man I have a headache from crying so hard. I AM NOT ASHAMED BY HOW INCREDIBLY OVERINVESTED I AM.

Like, one a certainty scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being 100% certain that it would happen, and 10 being 100% certain that it would not happen, everything except for #6 was a 10.

And then when Jack made Hurley the new Jacob I actually made EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE noises out loud. LIKE, DID THEY REALLY DO THAT????? OH MY GOD REALLY?????
