Wow. Yesterday was so frickin' amusing... My friends have to be the most disorganized person in the world! I love them all! Okay, so. Yesterday and today were both looking to be boring days because I had nothing to do. So I was just gonna do homework and crap all weekend. Then Crabs IM's me and is like, "Wanna go see 'Laws of Attraction' with me 'n' Rosemary 'n' some other people?" And so I was like, "yeah, sure" since I didn't have anything else to do. Mum and Da weren't home, so I wanted to watch a movie so I told him to call me when they got the times straightened out. But yeah, so I went to watch "School of Rock". That movie is so awesome I love Jack Black. :-D I came back halfway through it to see if Crabs had decided on a time yet, and Jon was back and was like, "Rosemary invited me to. So I'm going whether you want me to or not. :-P" And so of course that made me happy cuz I was gonna get to see him this weekend. :-) And apparently the movie was at 6:55 and I was like, "That's cool... But i dunno if I'm actually gonna be able to go, cuz if Mum and Da don't get home soon, I won't have a ride..." So, in the end, Jon was like, "I'll come pick you up then. And I'll leave now so that we can get some dinner beforehand. You're not gonna get in trouble if you leave without telling them?" My parents are cool like that. For the most part, so long as I leave them a note and call them at some point, they're cool with whatever I do. And so yeah, he got kinda lost coming here, so we left for dinner kinda late. Since I'm clueless as to places to eat around me and he lives a frickin' hour away, we just got on 146 and off a random exit. Then I was like, "Heyyyyyyy I kinda know where we are..." Cuz we were on the same road me 'n' Mum take to go to Pammy's house (our cousin). So we stopped at the restaurant I've always wanted to stop at, but Mum will never stop. It was kinda sketchy... But the food was okay. Once we left there, we found a highway and got to the theater at 7 and got our tickets. And then in the theater, we couldn't find anyone. So we looked, and were just like "Fuck it" and sat down somewhere. :-D I love watching movies with guys... Sooooo nice to snuggle with. :-D It wasn't a bad movie. Totally and completely predictable, but still good. Then again, I like all movies I watch, so... I'd be a sucky movie critic. :-D Anyway, when the movie was over at, like, 8:30 we stood by the doors and watched all the people coming out. None of our friends. Lotsa old people, though... It was weird... Mum wasn't coming to get me till 9, so we went and sat in the lobby and waited. Mum came and I was sad cuz I was having fun and I like hanging out with Jon. So we left and on the ride home, Mum was like, "I got this really cryptic call from Kerry and Alicia and they were like, 'is Erin out on a date????' and I was like, 'Yeah, I guess so.'" I feel kinda bad that I try to keep my family out of the loop as much as possible... But it's just not worth the shit they give me about everything. :-\ And I feel bad cuz I don't have a kah, so whenever Jon 'n' I wanna do something, he has to come get me (or, at least, so far) and it's usually wicked outta the way. :-\ So this morning, I asked Crabs "Where the FUCK were you guys?!?!" And so, basically, his mummy got mad at him so he couldn't go which meant Rosemary couldn't go cuz he was her ride. And they never told Bern what time the movie was so she didn't go. And no one bothered to tell me that no one else was going. HEAR THAT GUYS?!?! YOU'RE DISORGANIZED!!!! What if I was stuck watching the movie in that theater with all those old people all ALONE!???! They woulda ganged up on me and stole my youthfulness all cuz no one told me they weren't going!! But ya, so things I learned yesterday: 1. My friends are disorganized 2. Guys make good pillows when you're tired 3. I quite enjoy holding hands MassAcademy has changed me in so many ways... And for the most part, for the better. But more about that later: I have to read another Spanish lecture. YUCK. |
