Oh man internet, oh man. I do not want to go home tomorrow at all. I have the most epic sunburn ever (that is a lie, I have had way worse) because every time I went swimming, I spent two hours in the pool. Today alone I spent four hours in the water. SO GREAT I AM GOING TO MISS THIS POOL SO MUCH WHEN I LEAVE.

I guess I will also miss soleta and kate.

soleta and kate have left (THEY GAVE ME KEYS TO THEIR APARTMENT I FEEL SO SPECIAL *_________*), and now I am in the middle of doing post-guest-cleanup (aka, laundry, picking up, vacuuming, a shitload of dishes). THIS IS MY LEAST FAVORITE PART OF GUESTS. I wish brownies would come do all this for me. :( I left you guys out honey, what more do you want from me. :(

I would say that I didn't know how I survived for 23 years without a purse, except I still carry all my important stuff in my pockets and don't bring my purse with me unless I'm gonna be somewhere for an extended period of time (ie, school, my parents', etc. To the store, not so much.)

INTERNET. This has been the best weekend ever!! soleta and kate are here for the weekend, and it is pretty fucking great! SO. Saturday, we went to the carnival, AND IT WAS GREAT. THERE WAS A TILT-A-WHIRL, AND IT WAS LOTS OF FUN OMG. I fucking love tilt-a-whirls. Nothing will ever beat that one time at Canobie where the dude running it let me stay on for, like, two hours. I FELL OVER WHEN I GOT OFF, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT. My stomach seriously hurt from all the loling I did. (Apparently, I still react to carnival rides with hysterical laughter. IT IS GREAT.)

And then there was the spinny thing (YOU KNOW THE ONE THAT GOES REALLY FAST AND STICKS YOU TO THE WALL) but the floor didn't drop out so that wasn't as fun as, you know, the ones where the floor drops out. THOSE ARE SO GREAT. And then ferris wheel, WHICH ALSO IS AWESOME. I love ferris wheels only a little more than I am afraid of heights. SO, IT WAS AWESOME, BUT ALSO FULL OF TERROR. AWESOME TERROR.

ALSO: FRIED DOUGH AND COTTON CANDY. Oh my god internet how much do I fucking love fried dough and cotton candy? I COULD EAT IT ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, FOREVER. IT WOULD BE GREAT. I would die of a heart attack at age thirty-five, but it would be so totally worth it.

IN ANY CASE. BEST WEEKEND EVER. Now we're all watching Zoolander, which is just as hilarious as it was when I was in high school.

Benry is the best travel cat in the world. She just purred and slept on my shoulder/lap for the entire 9 hour ride.

In less than happy news, I hit Baltimore at 3:50AM and spent half an hour looking for parking and then another obscene amount of time lugging all my shit 6 blocks to soleta's (kate came out and met me five blocks in and took the cat; &her;). And I didn't fall asleep until sometime after 5.

My normal bedtime is 10pm at the latest. Usually more like 8pm.

And now it's 7AM and I'm exhausted but I can't go back to sleep. I've turned into one of those people. I think I'm just going to sit here and cry for a while because oh my god I was up for 23 hours and now I only got 2 hours of sleep and I'm going to be at comic con all day and I feel like I'm going to throw up and and and

I'm hanging out at soleta's right now because I had to drop her off at home since you can't exactly take a huge basket of laundry on a bus.

ANYWAY POINT BEING

There was a poor sick city rat on the grass outside their apartment that was, like, listing to one side and probably rabid and Kate wouldn't let me catch it and keep it for a pet.

How unfair is that :(

I'm safe in Baltimore, just waiting for soleta and kate to wake up so I can harass them out of the house to MDS&W. OH MY I AM SO EXCITED.
